Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
California Consumer Privacy Act § 1798.120 & § 1798.135 (CCPA/CPRA opt-out)
Version 1.0 | Last updated: 11 May 2026
SummitBridge Horizon Ltd | Companies House 16419201
We do not sell or share your personal information.
SummitBridge Horizon Ltd does not “sell” or “share” personal information as those terms are defined under California Civil Code §§ 1798.140(ad) and 1798.140(ah). We do not exchange personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration, and we do not disclose personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Because no sale or sharing occurs, technically there is nothing to opt out of. However, in keeping with the CCPA's spirit and to honour your preference, we offer the form below to record your opt-out and confirm it back to you in writing.
How to submit an opt-out
Choose any one of the following methods. We will respond within 15 business days (CCPA Regulations § 7026(f)) and process the opt-out across our systems.
- Email (preferred): [email protected] with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share — CCPA Opt-Out”.
- Web form: /legal/data-subject-rights — tick the “Right to opt out of sale/sharing” option.
- Postal: Privacy Team, SummitBridge Horizon Ltd, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.
Global Privacy Control (GPC)
We honour the Global Privacy Control browser signal as a valid user-enabled global privacy control under CCPA Regulations § 7025. If your browser transmits a GPC signal we treat it as an opt-out of sale and sharing for the device and browser in which the signal is received. As stated above, this is preventive only — no sale or sharing currently occurs.
Authorised agents
Under CCPA Regulations § 7063, you may use an authorised agent. The agent must provide signed written permission, and we may verify your own identity directly. Email submissions from a verified agent should include the authorisation document.
No discrimination
Per § 1798.125, exercising your opt-out right will not result in denial of goods or services, different pricing, a different level or quality of service, or any other discriminatory treatment.
