If your organisation is in NIS2 scope, your business OS must meet NIS2 Directive security requirements. Controls aligned to ISO 27001:2022. ICO fine: £17.5M or 4% of turnover. NIS2 fine: €10M or 2% of turnover.

• Cancellation: Cancel any time from the portal; 30-day data retention after cancellation for export, then permanent deletion per UK GDPR.
