EU AI Act Training — White-Label Practitioner Course

Why this pack?

The EU AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689) is now in force, with the Article 4 AI literacy obligation already live since 2 February 2025. Every provider and deployer of AI systems must ensure a sufficient level of AI literacy among staff — and the practical question is: what training do we actually use to satisfy this?

External training runs £400-£1,200 per delegate. Internally-built training takes 80+ hours of curriculum design, with a high risk of regulatory inaccuracy. EU AI Act Training (White-Label) is the third path — a complete, regulation-led, practitioner-grade pack you re-brand and deliver in-house, as often as you need.

• 5 modules covering the full regulation surface:
  1. Introduction to the EU AI Act — scope, architecture, timeline (35 min)
  2. Risk tiers and classification — Article 5, Annex III, Article 6(3) exit (55 min)
  3. Roles and obligations — provider, deployer, importer, distributor, GPAI provider (50 min)
  4. Operational requirements — Articles 9, 10, 12, 14, 15, 27 in practice (55 min)
  5. Compliance roadmap and intersection with GDPR (45 min)
• Five PDF artefacts, all branded with your company logo, colour and trainer details:
  • Course slides (~40 slides) — main delivery deck
  • Trainer notes — all slide content + delivery notes per slide (trainer-only)

3. Enter your company name, logo URL, brand colour and trainer details (saved in your browser)
4. Download the five branded PDFs — typically <30 seconds per PDF
5. Deliver to your team. Re-download whenever you re-run the course or update the brand

What's covered

The curriculum cites specific Articles, Recitals and Annexes throughout — Articles 4, 5, 6, 9, 10, 12, 14, 15, 25, 26, 27, 50, 53, 55, 73, 99, 113, plus Annex III categories. It does not invent regulation. The intersection with GDPR (Article 22, Article 35 DPIA, Article 9 special-category) is treated explicitly.

What we don't licence

This is an internal-use white-label licence — you may train your own staff and contractors within your organisation, as often as needed. Reselling the training, delivering it to clients for a fee, or incorporating it into a paid product requires a separate reseller licence. Request a reseller licence quote from £1,500.

Updates

The regulation has staged application dates through 2 August 2027. We refresh the curriculum on substantial regulatory change (Commission delegated acts, AI Office guidance) and at least annually. Existing licensees re-download the latest version at no additional cost.

Cyber Essentials 2026 Module (Awareness Tier)

This is primarily an EU AI Act training pack, but the white-label curriculum includes a CE 2026 awareness module that all UK staff need post-28-April-2026:

• MFA mandate awareness — Why CE 2026 requires multi-factor authentication on all cloud services and admin accounts; what users need to do to enrol
• User access control — Least-privilege principles for end-users (don't request admin access without need; report excess access)
• Malware protection — Recognising endpoint security warnings; what to do when antivirus or EDR flags a file
• Security update management — Why patches matter; how to keep endpoints current; reporting devices that miss updates
• Firewall + secure configuration awareness — How network boundary controls and CIS-benchmark hardening protect the user's daily workflow

Trainer notes include CE 2026 talking points for the AI literacy module so AI compliance training and cybersecurity hygiene training can be delivered as one session.
