📋 EU GDPR & e-INVOICING COMPLIANCE

E-invoices contain business and personal data subject to EU GDPR. German B2B e-invoicing mandatory from 1 January 2025. Invoice data retention and processing must comply with GDPR principles. Fine: €20M or 4% of global turnover.

Germany mandates structured e-invoicing (e-Rechnung) for all B2B transactions from January 2025 (receiving) and January 2027 (sending). The required formats: XRechnung and ZUGFeRD. Manual PDF invoices are no longer valid for German B2B. We automate generation, validation, and transmission for UK companies doing business in Germany.
