The AI Compliance Starter Bundle is built for UK SMEs (10-200 staff) who know "AI is getting away from us" — staff dropping client data into ChatGPT, marketing piloting Copilot without sign-off, no record of which models touch which workflows — and need a defensible governance baseline before the EU AI Act's general-purpose obligations bite on 2 August 2026. It bundles three SummitBridge Horizon tools that normally retail separately: 1. AI Risk Register — a structured inventory of every AI system in use across the business, mapped to EU AI Act risk tiers (prohibited, high-risk per Annex III, limited-risk, minimal-risk) with owner, data classification, lawful basis under UK GDPR, and review cadence. Independent UK research has reported large fractions of employees using consumer AI tools without employer approval; this tool gives you the picture before an ICO complaint or a client audit does. 3. Email & AI Awareness Trainer — short-form (5-7 minute) modules covering safe prompting, what never to paste into a public LLM, ICO position on automated decision-making, and the DUAA 2025 complaints-handling obligations that took effect by June 2026. Designed for the firm that has no in-house DPO and no budget for a £20k consultancy engagement. Outputs are aligned to EU AI Act Article 9 (risk management), Article 10 (data governance), and the Charity Digital Code of Practice 2025 AI principles where relevant. Honest pre-launch note: SummitBridge Horizon Ltd was incorporated in April 2026. This bundle is built on the same templates we use internally and reviewed against published ICO and European Commission guidance — but we have not yet certified hundreds of firms.
